National Identifier Expiration Alert/Notification

Hi everyone,

We have a requirement where we want to trigger an alert/notification when an employee’s National Identifier (NID) is approaching its expiration date. Ideally, the system should notify both HR and the employee in advance so that the NID can be renewed on time.

We were unable to find any seeded alert or standard functionality that supports this requirement. Has anyone implemented something similar or found a workaround (custom alert or custom groovy script to trigger a notification)?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
