How to send In-App Notifications in Supplier Portal as Request More Info?

Hi All,

AP Team wants to enable and send a "Request More Info" as In-App Notification in supplier portal for supplier user account on the same portal to inform him that invoice needs attachment, insert Description , …etc.

Please did anyone has a such as requirement previously?
