Unable to Open Master Contract from Purchase Order

Summary:
We are encountering an issue in Oracle Fusion Procurement when attempting to open a Master Contract hyperlink from a Purchase Order.
Triage Details:
- The Enterprise Contract opens successfully when accessed directly through Enterprise Contracts.
- The Purchase Order correctly references the contract ID and contract version.
- Contract and PO organization/BU IDs match.
- The user has been granted the Enterprise Contract Manager role along with Legal Entity access.
- However, when clicking the contract hyperlink/glasses from the PO Master Contract, the system throws the following error:
“An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.”
