I'm receiving the error below from the ESS Job: Load Planning Data from Flat Files


Error in file transfer : oracle.stellent.ridc.IdcClientException: The content item '(null)' () no longer exists in the system.
The OIC process will trigger the ESS Job by submitting the above job with the zip file and zip file contains the csv file and property file

The content of csv file is below

/oracle/apps/ess/scm/advancedPlanning/collection/configuration/,CSVController,SIOP_HIST_PURGE_INCR-20260524_034824,OPS,2,SIOP_HIST_PURGE_INCR-20260524_034824,

It's critical requirement, please help
