Removing AORs from Inactive Employees

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for guidance on handling AORs tied to inactive assignments.

Scenario:
We have job requisition visibility configured based on Recruiting Type AORs. Recently, an employee moved to a new role and received a new assignment number (same person number).
However, the employee was still able to view job requisitions that should not be accessible in their new role.

Investigation findings:
The employee’s old (inactive) assignment still has the required AORs attached.
These AORs are continuing to grant access to job requisitions.

Expected approach:
We believe the AORs should be:
1. Removed from the old/inactive assignment
