Action values show in RUI but not in Redwood

in Human Capital Management

Summary: In RUI I can see the list of Actions, but when I turn on the Redwood page I cannot see the list of Action. It is almost like something is preventing the list of values to show.

I suspect it is not a role/privilege issue because the list of values is showing in RUI. Anyone knows how to fix the issue?

Navigation: My Client Groups > Show More > Transfer
