SQL to Find AP invoices assigned for approval to wf groups where those role currently has no users

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP

We have a requirement to fetch the invoices assigned for approval to wf groups(roles) which has no active users, if anyone has any sql or BIP report could you please help us with the same?
