Guidance Required to Restrict Modification of Last Working Date (LWD) Before 6 Days

Hello Oracle Support Team,

We need guidance regarding validation on resignation Last Working Date (LWD) modification in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Business Requirement:
To ensure a smooth offboarding process, the system should restrict modification of the Last Working Date (LWD) if the actual LWD is within 6 days.

Example:

If the employee’s actual LWD is 30-May-2026, then modification of the LWD should not be allowed from 24-May-2026 onwards.
The system should either disable the date selection or throw a validation/error message preventing the update.

Requested Support:

1. Recommended approach to restrict LWD modification before 6 days of actual LWD.
2. Whether standard validation functionality is available for this scenario.
