REDWOOD: Managers section in Add Pending Worker not visible even after marking Visible and Optional

Summary:

Hi there!As per customer's requirement, the Managers section should be visible, but they should be able to skip the section without having compelled to add a manager record just like Responsive UI. We tried to make the section as Optional and Visible, but the section isn't visible when we preview. It's only visible when we make it as Required and Visible. Even then, when customer reaches to that section, they are compelled to add a record without having the flexibility to skip that. We tried setting all the children as Optional, but that too didn't work. Please if anyone can
