Unable to add the Terms Library Contract in Redwood Negotiation 26A

The terms library Existing Procurement contracts are not showing in Redwood 26A Sourcing module while the negotiation is created.

These are the set ups, but still the terms library existing contract is not shown.

Opt in

Supplier contract management business function

Contract is also enabled in Negotiation style.

Why the contract term we are unable to add , anyone is able to add contract term, any specific roles are required.
