Notifications are unavailable in the Approvals Work Area

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

We enabled the Approvals work area in the lower pod, and the notification tasks were functioning correctly. However, after migrating to Production, we observed that notifications are not appearing within the tasks, even though they are visible in both the bell notifications and the worklist.

We have already run the Create Approvals Search Index job and enabled the ORA_FND_APPROVAL profile option. Could you please suggest what might be missing?
