Automatic Base Salary Proposal Based on Contractual Level in Salary Change Action

Hi all,

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of linking the contractual level to the base salary in the salary change action within Oracle HCM.

Current Situation: When processing salary changes for employees, we currently need to manually enter the base salary for each employee, even when the salary adjustment is driven by a change in contractual level.

Desired Functionality: We would like to know if there is an existing feature or configuration option that would allow the system to automatically propose the base salary corresponding to the employee's new contractual level during the salary change action.
