Alignment of header and main grid of report

Hi
In current scenario the requirement is that when report is downloaded to excel , grid should start from column B. To achieve this I have indented main grid and header text box by 1.00' inch. After this if I preview report in html or pdf format I can see that header and main grid are aligned. However when I download report in excel header is slightly right ward intended.

Other report layout settings are - A4 sheet landscape , page fit to width [required to fit full page into A4 sheet ]
Horizontal and vertical position relative and left aligned.
