Default cover art and Branding Image not working

Summary:
After the 26B update, all of our course images have reverted back to a generic image, in spite of us having set up Default Cover Art. Adding a Branding Image to a specific course is also not working.
Even after we upload a Branding Image, it appears blank from the edit page.
