Exclude ILT Offerings from Resource Alert

Summary:
We have a custom resource alert for Required Learning, we are currently developing a different email template for Required ILT Offerings only and we do not want the Required Learning alert to trigger as well. I have tried multiple different filters but nothing seems to work. Offering Mode/Delivery is not available in the Parent Resource learnerLearningRecords and when I add a child filter learnerLearningRecords/selectedCourseOfferings with the exclusion of ORA ILT the notification does not trigger at all even for Required Learning without ILT offerings. Screenshots included below, any guidance would be much appreciated.
