VBS Changes to one project Impacting Other Project

Summary:

Hi Team
We have created two projects for VBS Changes
One for Purchase Requisition
One for External Supplier Registration Link.


We have some changes for Purchase Requisition RSSP through One project. We published the same and changes reflected to RSSP Page
We have Changes for External Supplier Registration Page through Another project. We published the same and changes reflected to
External supplier Registration Page but Changes done to RSSP has been removed.
Its Vice Versa

Need help in understanding the issue
