Configure Fields and Regions click on Edit Condition just circling

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

I am trying to create a condition under a Form Rule under My Team>Change Assignment area and when I click on Configure Fields and Regions, add a new rule and click on Edit under Condition it just circles under both Edge and Chrome. Was checking to see if anyone else if having issues before submitting an SR.
