We are using Oracle Fusion Procurement with Purchase Agreements (BPA) and automatic order generation enabled.

Scenario:

• A requisition is created and approved
• The requisition is sourced to a Purchase Agreement
• The Agreement has a minimum release amount defined
• The requisition amount is below the minimum amount

Observed behavior:

• After requisition approval, the system automatically creates a Purchase Order
• The PO is created with status “Incomplete”
• The validation regarding minimum amount is only visible inside the PO, not before creation
