How to add new list of values in learning format filed only on event page

I am trying to customize the list of values seen in 'Learning format' filed On create Event page. I understand the values are controlled by below look up type. However when any changes are made in this look up type, the changes are being applied in Self-Paced learning page as well.

ORA_WLF_ELEARNING_TYPE

While in Event page we see limited list of values, we see all list of values defined in this look up type in self-paced learning. Could anyone advise, why and how the list of value are controlled in both the pages.

Please note, there are no tags in the lookup codes and no VB customizations available on these pages
