Who can we reach out to expedite the rescheduling of OCI IAM upgrade?

We missed confirming the pre-upgrade action in our PROD environment and as a result, Oracle canceled the scheduled Identity upgrade. We are unable to do a P2T refresh due to the Identity version mismatch. We have a high-priority project that needs to be kicked off ASAP and our lower environment has not been refreshed for more than a year. Can someone please advise on the process to request a reschedule of the upgrade and if we can expedite it?
