How to report on questionnaires attached to candidate in job application flow folder

We have a questionnaire created (Candidate Survey)

When using the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area in OTBI to extract the high-level questions and question text; we receive no data when attaching to a candidate despite has having data against 3 test people.

Pulling out even the questionnaire structure proves problematic; we can extract question text and question responses if we filter on the question text, but even adding questionnaire name returns no data.

Does anyway have any workaround on how to extract this data please? Ideally, we want to remain in OTBI as we have other questionnaires built using the pre-screening & interview folders; which all perform as expected and data can be extracted with no problems.
