SHL Assessment is not getting triggered automatically

We have SHL integrated for our business however it is not getting triggered automatically. We have added the 'Request Assessment' action within the 'Recruiter Review' phase of the CSP. Below screenshot for reference.

We have scheduled these 2 processes as well every 5 mins in our system as well.
