Issue w/ Balance Definitions with several elements for rolling 12 months not producing correct value

Issue with Balance Definitions made out of several elements for rolling 12 months as the dimension but the results don't change at all and tested for multiple users with no solution. I also removed some elements and it is not affecting the data coming from the calculation has anyone run into these issues before and what are possible steps I can take to resolve this?
