We need a report developer

We have Taleo Analytics, and it's terrible to say, but we are barely leveraging it.  The problem is finding resources and time to create the analytic reports and dashboards.  I figure it would take someone about a month full time to put together what we need.  So, do you know any reasonably priced contractors who can do this work?
