We would like to know what the first option is about below. If the Automatically change Main status is ticked, what Main Status will it change to when req specific status is changed?

When candidate applies to 3 requisitions, and we update the req specific status of the candidate in the 2 requisition, we do not want the main status to automatically update, should this be unticked in this case?
