Conditional region in RTF template Job Offer Letter not showing in new version

We have configured custom Job Offer Letter templates with different conditional regions (version 26A), which shows the correct signatures for that specific Job Offer Letter.

The conditional region is based on the data filled in a DFF. f.e. is DFF Approver = John Doe, show this signature.

All conditional region are configured like this: <?if:ATTRIBUTE_CHAR6='JOHNDOE'?>

This was working fine until we created a new version of the Job Offer Letter, because extra conditional regions were requested.

Steps we took:

  • Download original ZIP file from environment,
  • Unzipped and added the extra two conditional regions (configured the same way as the previous versions),
