Unable to select required Item Revision in Internal Requisition on Oracle SSP page

Summary:

We are facing an issue in the Oracle Self Service Procurement (SSP) Internal Requisition page related to Item Revision selection.


When creating an internal requisition, the Item Revision is automatically defaulting to the latest revision. However, users are unable to select a different required revision.
In addition, after the item is added to the cart, the item revision is not displayed in the cart, even though it was defaulted during the item selection step.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there any setup, personalization, or known limitation that controls revision selection and display for internal requisitions in SSP?
