Unable to see Job Profile Context Sensitive Segments

Summary:

I have created a dff under Profile Types > Job > Licenses and Certifications (JOB_LICENSE) but I cannot find it as a field in Job Profiles or when creating a job requisition. I have also checked that the context is already enabled in 'Manage Context'.

Can this field be exposed in job requisition?
