Project Notifications - BPM Tasks

Hello,

Is someone able to provide me with what BPM tasks spawn the following notifications. We currently get all 3 once a budget is approved and it seems a tad OTT and two of them are pointless as it's already been approved by the time you get the notification.

FYI: Projects – Capital Business Case Request for Approval - **** - YYY - Version 1

Submitted: Financial Plan Version 1 of YYY Approved

If I can know the tasks I can turn them off accordingly but not sure what is spawning them. they all get kicked off at the same time once the final person in the approval chain approves the budget against a project.
