Save button gets disabled on second save when resuming a transaction

Summary:

Hi expert,

During an "add a contingent worker" we can save the transaction. the first Save works correctly, we receive a notification and we can resume the transaction. However, if we use the "resume the transaction" link to edit the same record and click Save again, the button becomes greyed out and the change is not committed. No error or validation message is shown.

The issue is reproducible for all users and roles.

Is this the expected behavior?
