Summary: Lack of Visibility into Customer Utilization Metrics in EPM

Oracle should provide customers with access to the full level of operational and usage detail already captured in Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS logs, through either downloadable log exports, APIs, reporting views, or an administrative analytics dashboard. Large enterprises need deeper visibility into how EPM Cloud is actually being used across Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Business Rules, Groovy Rules, and related processes in order to optimize platform adoption, improve performance, troubleshoot issues faster, and make better investment decisions.

Today, administrators and support teams often have only partial visibility into actual user behavior, execution patterns, and failure trends. If Oracle exposed richer SaaS log detail in a governed and secure way, customers could move from reactive support to proactive platform management.
