Extracts General Ledger Cube Balances Error

Hi,

When running the Extracts General Ledger Cube Balances job to push actuals to EPM, the job is erroring out due to an unknown member (our Intercompany segment). This was working in a prior environment. We observed that the name of the segment changed from Intercompany to InterCo between the two environments.

We tried

  • Updating the mapping in EPM from [Intercompany].[All Intercompany Values].[00] to —> [InterCo].[All InterCo Values].[00]
  • Then we tried @Lvl0Descendants ("[InterCo].[INTERCOMPANY_TREE-INTERCOMPANY_TREE_V1]") but it still kicks out due to unknown member:

"ExtractBalanceData:Error::Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member [Intercompany].[InterCo].[INTERCOMPANY_TREE-INTERCOMPANY_TREE_V1] used in query"
