getConfigurations soap API not working

in Configure Price Quote

Summary:

getConfigurations soap API is not working as expected.

We are integrating OCC and CPQ and in the final step (checkou) we have a webhook to validate the prices by calling the getConfiguration API. The problem is that the API is returning blank for all the model config attributes.

I couldn't find any examples or helpful documents in Support Knowledge base, neither in the CPQ online help.

Is it possible that anyone (anyone?) have anything helpfull to help on this one?

It's being a while since I've seen anyone answering anything around here, but maybe it's worth a shot…
