HCM group not including employee correctly

in Human Capital Management

This employee can't enter his time as regular hours in his time card. His time is locked in as Hourly Hours. This is for his -5 assignment in Paratransit and we confirmed it's a salaried non-exempt position. We ran a full refresh for the HCM Group and we've run a refresh just for this employee, but he keeps being put in the UW Hourly HCM group instead of the Salaried Non-Exempt Benefited HCM Group.

How do we get this employee in the correct HCM Group?
