calculating partial period accruals - Unexpected behavior

Summary:

We are planning to implement and run the process for calculating partial period accrual in production and have started working on a POC to identify the accrual wages. Initial testing with one employee was successful, as we were able to post both the partial period accrual and its reversal to the GL. However, when testing with another employee, the calculation for partial period accrual was not being picked up.
