DFF in Employment Contract Page – Value Not Populating and Displaying on All Contract Types

In Oracle Fusion HCM, we added a Service Duration custom field on the Employment Contract page using a DFF and Value Set, made visible via HCM Design Studio. We are facing two issues:

1. Value Not Populating – The Service Duration field is blank and should auto-calculate the duration in years from the latest contract start date to SYSDATE.
2. Field Displaying on All Contracts – The field should only appear on the latest contract, not all contract types.
