Interview Schedule Time different from Requisition to Candidate

As Recruiter > created Interview Schedule in Requisition (Candidate Managed) > selected June1 9am to 4pm > clicked Saved

Go to the candidate of the same requisition > create Interview (Candidate Managed) > selected June 1 > clicked on Continue to view available times > it's showing time slots for June 1 from 1:30am which is different from the available slots provided earlier which is June 1 9am to 4pm. May I ask why and how to fix this?
