HSDL Element Entry

Summary:

We have a request to add on the Element Entry HSDL the Effective End Date, however I keep on receiving this error when trying to load an element entry to the employee.

Error: Date-effective records can't have gaps between the effective end date of one record and effective start date of the next record.
