Update DFF of Supplier Registration Request using OIC

Summary: Is it possible, once the Supplier Registration Request is created in Fusion, Customer wants an Integration/automation (OIC) to validate the Supplier Trade License Number entered in the Supplier Registration Request by invoking an external third-party API and update the validation result on Supplier Registration Request as a DFF attribute value. The approver will check this validation result from DFF attribute and then take decision to approve/reject the Supplier creation.
