document of record type not visible

Hi all,

I created a new document type related to a new document category and customized with DFF.

However, only Admin can see it even if I haven't applied any limitation regarding security profile.

I would need the HR and Admin only to see and assign this newly created doc. to employees who should not see it.

How to achieve this?
