IS anyone encountering issues with Addresses after going live with US OPTE (new tax engine)?

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

after we went live with US OPTE , we started seeing EE's with invalid address combinations.

where County + City + Zip code do not match , which makes incorrect address combinations resulting in Payroll errors.

 

we confirmed with Talent Acquisition that the external careers site where the candidate enters the address information has the same validation as HCM.

 

we are trying to identify the point of entry for the incorrect address combination.

anyone else seen this issue or similar issues post going live with US OPTE?

 

we are in the process of opening an SR to work with oracle. but reaching out here to get some inputs from the group.
