Hello fellow EPM Admins,
Question around best practice to maintain segregation of duties in FCCS.
In our FCCS application, we have Actuals scenario where the system admins do not post any data activity other than running the integrations. The system admins do not have Consolidation Journals Create/Post access to ensure segregation or duties.We are creating an additional scenario as CYB to have FCCS calculate the reporting currency values for current year actuals at the budgeted exchange rates. This will help us keep the exchange rate impacts out and perform performance analysis on real activity.The Idea is to copy data from Actual to CYB after the period close and consolidate/translate with Budgeted exchange rates.
