Multiple Recruiters on a Requisition and Restricting Collaborator LO

In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, is it supported to assign multiple Recruiters to a single Job Requisition using the Recruiter field itself? If not, what is the Oracle recommended approach to manage multiple recruiters while keeping proper security and ownership? Also, what is the supported way to restrict the Collaborator LOV to only three predefined users without impacting Recruiter and Hiring Manager LOVs?

We have two requirements in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and would appreciate clarification on the supported configuration.
- Multiple Recruiters on a Requisition
We would like to know whether Oracle Recruiting Cloud supports assigning more than one Recruiter to the same Job Requisition using the Recruiter field itself.
