reset factor only privilege from security console

Summary:

HI, we have a helpdesk team whom we want to give the MFA reset factor access, currently we are doing the same as IDCS admins.

Please suggest we don't want to give them anything additional like activate, deactivate, assign role, just 'reset MFA'.

i figured out the privilege ASE_RESET_MFA_FACTORS_PRIV ? but will it work without it security manager access?
