Unable to update the supplier Site when a requisition is source to a BPA

Summary: Requester is selecting a item source by a BPA from an item search.

BPA was created for one supplier where the supplier has multiple supplier site. and in the BPA Control are we mark that BPA with the "

Allow ordering from unassigned sites" on

User create the requisition, and select that item.

Item go to the car.

User select the update line and he is unable to update the supplier site field.
