Issues with Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant (UOM, Category, Incorrect Data)

While using the Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant, we are facing multiple issues that are impacting its usability and accuracy:
- UOM (Unit of Measure) is not being captured correctly
- Category information is incorrect
- When uploading the same document multiple times, the system generates different and incorrect requisitions
- In some cases, the requisition is created with supplier details that do not even exist in the system
These inconsistencies are making the process time-consuming, as users need to manually correct the generated requisitions.
I would like to check, Is anyone else facing similar issues with this AI agent?Are there any known fixes or recommended approaches to improve accuracy?We have also raised an SR and received a response that this feature is currently under enhancement and improvement.
