Automation of member addition to shared hierarchy

Summary: We want to add member to the shared hierarchy as soon as it gets added to the primary hierarchy via request creation based on the property values provided in the request file. For eg. if a A1 is going to be added in Parent A in primary hierarchy and in the description column if the word "X" is present then it should be added to shared hierarchy under the Parent U. The logic has to be property value driven, we don't want user intervention for sharing the members to shared hierarchies.
