Error when Cloning Environment

We faced the below error when cloning the environment (Test to Prod)

Both Environment have the same version 26.05.66 and there is not metadata validation error and refresh database is successfully completed.

The movement member being identified here is not present in the application already.

Anyone has faced similar error or any idea how to resolve it.
