BI Publisher audit data — is the 90-day retention extendable? Does it apply to all reports?

Hi everyone!

I have a question about BI Publisher audit data retention in Fusion SaaS and would love some input from anyone who has dealt with this before.

What I'm trying to do:Analyze report usage in a Fusion SaaS environment to understand which reports have not been executed over a longer period (12 months). The idea is to use BI Publisher audit data as the main source for that analysis.

What I already found:According to Oracle's documentation, BI Publisher audit data in Fusion SaaS is retained for only 90 days, with older records being automatically purged. Testing in the environment confirms this behavior.
