I wanted to get other organizations opinions or see how others are currently handling internal applications. A common issue we have been having since we went live in Oracle is that internal employees submit an application, but do not update all of their information (so their license, education and current work history is not always up-to-date). Is there a way to force employees to update their profiles by making it a required step?
